Where is the Skrill sign-up bonus live?

The Skrill sign-up bonus is live in six countries on 27 October 2026: the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Poland under one set of terms, and Spain under its own. In every other country we found no public offer for new Skrill customers.

Checked on 27 October 2026 on Skrill's Mission Deposit Bonus terms and Spanish terms. Both name Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited of Dublin, the Paysafe Group company authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland, as the promoter. "Country" means where you live: clause 2.2 opens the offer to new customers "residing in" the listed countries.

How does the Skrill Mission Deposit Bonus work?

The Skrill Mission Deposit Bonus pays 4,000 Knect points for a deposit of at least EUR 10 and 6,000 points for a payment of at least EUR 10 to an eligible merchant, 10,000 points in total, under clauses 2.2 and 4.1 of the terms checked on 27 October 2026. The Spanish version sets the same amounts.

• Verification first. Clause 3.1(c) requires completed identity checks; what Skrill asks for is in Skrill and Neteller verification.
• Points after a check. Skrill aims to credit each portion within 30 business days of verifying the action (clause 4.2).
• Euros only. Both minimums are written as EUR 10, with no figure in pounds or zloty.

The deposit has its own price: Skrill's fee page lists 0.00% for a top-up by bank transfer or BLIK, up to 1.25% by card, and no fee on a payment to a merchant (Skrill fees, checked on 27 October 2026). What are 10,000 Knect points worth?

10,000 Knect points have a redemption value of EUR 10 under clause 4.1 of the bonus terms, and 10,000 points is also the smallest cash voucher on Skrill's Knect help page (checked on 27 October 2026).

• Half a bonus is not EUR 4. Partial rewards of 4,000 or 6,000 points "cannot be redeemed to a proportional EUR amount" (clause 4.1). At Knect's standard rate of 1 point per EUR 1 deposited, a customer who completes only the deposit step needs EUR 6,000 of further deposits to reach the first voucher.
• Points expire. Knect points lapse on 1 January at 00:00 GMT of the second year after they are earned, so points credited in November 2026 lapse on 1 January 2028.
• Redeeming. Open Knect in the account and choose Spend points (Knect FAQ); the cash lands in the wallet balance.

What does not count toward the Skrill bonus?

Person-to-person transfers, refunded payments and chargebacks do not count toward the Skrill sign-up bonus, and neither does anyone who has held a Skrill account before (clauses 3.1, 5.3 and 5.4, checked on 27 October 2026). The full list:

• existing and past customers: the offer is for people who have "never previously held or used" an account (3.1(b)),
• a second account or disposable devices (3.1(i)),
• unverified accounts (3.1(c)),
• money sent to another person (5.4),
• merchant payments refunded in full or in part, and chargebacks (5.3),
• payments under a merchant's own minimum (5.2),
• commercial use, Paysafe staff, service providers and their families (3.1(e) to 3.1(g)),
• anything after day 30 or after 31 December 2026 (2.2), and automated entries (3.3).

The terms list no excluded merchants: clause 6.2 says that "at the time these Terms and Conditions are published, there are no Excluded Merchants" (checked on 27 October 2026). Skrill may add merchants during the promotion, and may withhold the reward if it suspects abuse (4.3).

Do you need a Skrill promo code?

No promo code is needed for the Skrill sign-up bonus: neither the main terms nor the Spanish terms mention a promo code, a referral code or an affiliate link (checked on 27 October 2026). Eligibility depends on where you live, when you register and the two payments.

That covers "Skrill promo code UK" too: UK residents take part under the same terms as the other four countries. Skrill referral codes are a different thing: they existed only inside the invitation-only Invite Friends programme below, were never public, and that programme banned commercial use.

Which Skrill offers have ended?

Skrill ran three Invite Friends waves outside the US in 2026, the last from 21 July to 21 September 2026, and each paid the invited friend a €5 welcome bonus after three payments to merchants (terms checked on 27 October 2026). That €5 is where searches for a "Skrill bonus 5 euro" come from.

Checked on 27 October 2026. Skrill chose the referrers, who earned €10 per qualifying friend; the friend registered through the referrer's link and code, and payments to two named merchants did not count. We found no newer wave in Skrill's published terms.

What happens after 31 December 2026?

The Skrill Mission Deposit Bonus closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2026 in all six countries, unless Skrill uses clause 2.1, which lets it extend, shorten or amend the period with notice by email (terms checked on 27 October 2026).

• The deadline is the earlier date. Both payments must fall within the promotion period and within 30 days of registering (clauses 2.2, 4.1 and 5.1). A customer who registers on 10 December 2026 has 21 days, until 31 December, not until 9 January 2027.
• Registrations from 1 January 2027 do not qualify unless Skrill publishes an extension or a new offer.
