Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1. These Terms govern the use of the website available at https://sharkbetz.com together with all its subpages (the "Website").
2. The Website is run by VEFINO PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, a Polish simple joint-stock company with its registered office at ul. Raciborska 2/23, 30-384 Kraków, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001270485, tax identification number (NIP) 6762728938 (the "Owner", "we", "us"). You can contact the Owner at contact@sharkbetz.com or by post at the registered office address.
3. These Terms are available free of charge at sharkbetz.com/terms in a form that lets you view, save and print them at any time.
4. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Definitions

• User – anyone who uses the Website.
• Consumer – a User who is a natural person using the Website for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
• Services – the services provided electronically and described in section 3.
• Content – everything published on the Website, in particular data, statistics, predictions, probabilities, rankings, tips, texts, graphics and calculators together with their code.
• Device – the computer, phone or other device you use to access the Website.
• Partner – a third party the Owner works with (in particular a payment institution, a bank or a bookmaker) to which partner links lead.

3. Our services

1. The Owner provides the following Services:
   1. making Content available to view, including the match board with predictions, league, match and team pages, tables and fixtures, and the club Elo ranking;
   2. calculators (including surebet, dutching, fair odds, Asian handicap and Elo) and analysis tools that run in your browser on the data you enter; the odds and stakes you type are not sent to us;
   3. remembering your settings on your Device (such as the theme, time zone, pinned leagues and calculator settings), as described in the Privacy Policy;
   4. reviews of Partners' services with links to them, as described in section 8.
2. The Services are free. You do not need to register, create an account or give us any personal data.
3. The Website is not a bookmaker. It does not accept bets, deposits or stakes, does not offer gambling, does not act as an intermediary for bets and does not publish bookmaker odds.
4. The Website is intended for adults. Content about sports betting and Partners' offers is aimed only at people aged 18 or over (or the higher legal gambling age where you live).
5. The Owner may develop, change or withdraw features of the Website, including adding or removing leagues, tools and types of Content. If a change affects your rights or obligations, we will update these Terms as described in section 13.

4. Technical requirements and safety

1. To use the Website you need a Device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled.
2. Some features (remembering settings, pinning leagues) need your browser to allow cookies or local storage. If you block them, the Website still works but will not remember your settings.
3. We try to keep the Website running correctly and without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available. There may be breaks for maintenance, updates, failures or problems with our infrastructure providers.
4. Using the internet carries common risks such as malware, phishing (impersonating well-known websites to steal data or money) and interception of traffic on unsecured networks. The Website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and will never ask for your passwords, betting account logins or card details. Keep your browser and operating system up to date and use antivirus software.
5. We do not sell tips and do not run paid groups. Anyone offering paid tips "from SharkBetz" is impersonating us.
6. The Website protects itself automatically against robots downloading its Content and against overload: a connection that does not look like an ordinary browser goes through a short check in the browser (the "Vercel Security Checkpoint" screen), and the number of requests from one IP address to the data the Website's pages use is limited. If a safeguard stops ordinary use of the Website, wait a moment and reload the page; you can report the problem as described in section 11.

5. Starting and ending the agreement

1. The agreement for the Services is concluded for an indefinite period when you open any page of the Website.
2. You can end the agreement at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, simply by no longer using the Website. You can delete the data stored on your Device in "Cookie settings" in the website footer or in your browser settings.
3. The Owner may stop providing the Services in whole or in part, including by shutting the Website down. We will announce a planned shutdown of the whole Website in advance where possible.
4. The Owner may restrict or block access to the Website (for example from a specific IP address) in the event of a breach of section 6, in particular automated scraping of Content or actions that disrupt the Website.

6. Rules of use

1. You must use the Website lawfully, in line with these Terms and in good faith.
2. In particular, you must not:
   1. provide any unlawful content;
   2. do anything that could disrupt, overload or damage the Website, including attacks, attempts at unauthorised access or introducing malware;
   3. systematically download, copy or republish Content or data from the Website, including with robots, scripts or scrapers, without our prior consent, get around the safeguards in section 4(6) (for example by posing as a browser or a search engine), or download the data files the Website's pages use without going through those pages; this does not apply to search engines and AI assistants that visit the Website in line with its robots.txt file;
   4. use Content for commercial purposes, for example on other websites, apps, channels or tipping groups, without our consent;
   5. impersonate the Website or the Owner.
3. You may quote short extracts of Content within the limits of fair use, naming the source and linking to the page it comes from.

7. Nature of the Content and predictions

1. The Content is for information and education only. It is not investment, financial or legal advice, a recommendation to place a bet or a promise of winnings.
2. Predictions, probabilities, rankings and tips come from statistical models and market data. They are estimates with a margin of error: sporting results are uncertain, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Sports data (fixtures, results, line-ups, tables) comes from external sources and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. We correct reported errors within a reasonable time.
4. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, at your own responsibility and risk. Betting puts your money at risk and can be addictive. Only bet with operators licensed where you live (in Great Britain, operators licensed by the Gambling Commission) and never stake more than you can afford to lose.

8. Partner links and advertising

1. The Website contains partner links and sponsored content. If you click such a link and then open an account or use a Partner's service, the Owner may receive a commission from the Partner. This does not change the terms of the offer for you. Our current Partners are listed under "Partners" in the Website menu.
2. Partner links are marked as sponsored in the page code. Partners have no influence on our predictions, rankings or reviews.
3. You enter into any agreement with a Partner directly, on the Partner's own terms and privacy policy. The Owner is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for Partners' services, their availability, the terms of their promotions or the handling of complaints about them. Descriptions of Partners' offers on the Website (fees, limits, bonuses) may become out of date; the terms published by the Partner always prevail.
4. Partner content about sports betting is aimed only at adults and concerns only operators allowed to offer their services where you live.
5. The Website also contains ordinary links to external websites (such as sources, terms of service and support organisations). The Owner is not responsible for their content or operation.

9. Intellectual property

1. The Content, the layout, the databases and the software of the Website are protected by law, in particular copyright and database rights. The rights belong to the Owner or to those who have licensed them to the Owner.
2. You may use the Content for your own personal use. Any other use, in particular copying, distributing or publishing substantial parts of the Content, requires our consent, subject to section 6.3.
3. Names, crests and trade marks of clubs, leagues, competitions and Partners belong to their owners and are used for information only.

10. Liability

1. The Owner is liable for providing the Services properly in accordance with the law.
2. In particular, the Owner is not liable for:
   1. decisions you make based on the Content, including the outcome of bets and any losses;
   2. interruptions to the Website caused by events beyond our control, including failures of hosting and network providers;
   3. Partners' services and the content of external websites linked from the Website;
   4. the consequences of using the Website in breach of these Terms.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to Consumers where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, in particular for damage caused intentionally.

11. Complaints and reports

1. Complaints about the Services, reports of errors in the Content and reports of unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others can be sent to contact@sharkbetz.com or by post to the Owner's registered office (section 1.2).
2. Please describe the problem and include the address of the page concerned. Your email or postal address is only needed so that we can reply.
3. We handle complaints within 14 days of receiving them and reply to the email address they were sent from, or by post to the address given in a complaint sent by post without an email address.
4. If you are a Consumer, you may also use the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies available in your country. Doing so is voluntary.

12. Personal data and cookies

1. How we process personal data and use cookies and browser storage is explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. You can review and delete the data the Website stores on your Device at any time in "Cookie settings" in the website footer.

13. Changes to these Terms

1. We may change these Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes to the scope or way we provide the Services, new features (such as user accounts or a newsletter) or security reasons.
2. We publish the amended Terms on the Website at least 7 days before they take effect, together with the date they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively.
3. If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the Website.

14. Final provisions

1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive Consumers of the protection given to them by the mandatory laws of the country where they habitually live.
2. Disputes are resolved by the competent common courts. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they live, where the law allows it.
3. These Terms in this version apply from 19 October 2026. The previous version, without section 4(6) and without the ban on getting around the safeguards in section 6(2)(3), applied from 8 October 2026, and the first one, without the provisions on partner links (section 8), from 28 September 2026.
